Am I going to be bitter and petty and not promote
Carnival of the Blue 11 just because the Brothers Bleiman dissed my submission? Not at all. Mistakes happen. They're busy ScienceBlogs celebrities, so no doubt they were preoccupied with some red carpet affair, or signing flat-panel displays for their adoring fans.
Nope, I'm above petty sniping. My submission offered a depth, maturity, and style that probably would have stuck out from the other posts anyway. So head over to
Zooillogix and enjoy the almost best collection of ocean writing from last month.

RICK! Just saw this post. First and foremost, terribly sorry. It is a surprisingly large amount of work not to mention a surprisingly disorganized process. That being said, I tried to correct my mistake and can't find your submission anywhere. Can you resend it and I will correct our error? zooillogix [at] gmail dot com.

I was dissed, too.
I take that back. I was undissed.

Well, we're not really spreading the word just yet. Just giving people a heads up. Trying to build a buzz.
Hey Angelo, will this article be published online too? If so, forward us the link at Deep Sea News so we direct readers to it and help out with the buzz.
