I give you Marrus orthocanna, also known as a rather beautiful example of a siphonophore--a pelagic, colonial cnidarian related to the Portuguese Man o' War (Physalia physalis).The stunning Marrus is one of the many oddball characters you will meet over at Oceana's Freaky Fish Contest.
