Good things often come in dozens. Eggs, Krispy Kremes, boxes of wine, bagels, roses... you get the picture. And Carnival of the Blue 12 is no exception. From so modest a beginning, COB now racks-up its twelfth month and has evolved into an entertaining and informative synthesis of the best that blogs have to offer focused on the ocean. From ocean science to ocean art and everything in-between. Thanks, Mark Powell, for the great idea in the first place. And tune-in to blogfish next month for the COB birthday bash! But for this month, the always great Island of Doubt is where COB 12 calls home. One thing I have no doubt about is that James Hrynyshyn is a terrific thinker and writer. Head on over and get your ocean on. And somebody please tell me how to pronounce Hrynyshyn!
